(a)
In
the unlikely event that circumstances beyond
our control necessitate cancellation of the
holiday arrangements, we reserve the right to
cancel any booking at any time and only be liable
to refund monies already paid to us.
(b)
If
a cancellation or change is bought about by
war, Riots, Civil Commotion, Strikes, Disasters,
Terrorist Activities, technical problems with
transportation or other events outside our control
we will not be held responsible in any way.
(c)
All
baggage including personal articles, are at
all times and under all circumstances at “OWNERS
RISK”. No responsibility is accepted for your
failure to carry your passports, visas or other
documents required for the purpose of your journey.
(d)
All
accommodation is booked exclusively for the
person(s) named on the booking form. No other
person(s) may use the accommodation without
our express permission.
(e)
We
do not accept liability for the loss of main
services i.e. electricity supplies, water supplies,
or for the circumstances of actions or omissions
of the property management who may control supply
of main services, nor any actions taken in the
vicinity of the property by any authority over
which we have no control.
(f)
In the unlikely event that you wish to complain about any aspect of the accommodation,
the complaint should first be conveyed immediately
to the managing agents of the property. Should
the matter remain unsolved you should convey
in writing your complaint to us within 10 days
of returning to the UK. If this procedure is
not followed, liability will not be accepted.
